Why Enrol at The Children's Garden?
The Children’s Garden offers a unique blend of nature-based learning and qualified early childhood education. With 30 free ECE hours for children aged 3-5, two purpose-built centres, and experienced teachers who treat every child like family, we make quality childcare accessible and affordable.

BOOKINGS
Booking Your Sessions
We will work with you to book days and times that suit you. Minimum booking: two half days a week (4.5 hours or more per day). Siblings get first preference for vacancies.
Spaces are subject to availability. If you need to change your booking, please consult our management team.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance Policy
Our centres are staffed according to scheduled bookings. Please contact us ASAP if your child won’t be attending or if you need changes. If absent due to illness, contact before 7:45am.
Full fees are charged for booked-but-absent days. We require two weeks notice for withdrawals.
SETTLING IN
Your Child's First Days
Pre-visits are essential. We require a minimum of three pre-visits before your child starts. For the first couple of visits you’ll stay the whole time, then gradually leave for short periods.
We recommend morning, lunch and afternoon sessions to become familiar with daily routines. All children take different lengths of time to settle — feel free to discuss anything that may help.

Good to Know
All children aged 3-4 are entitled to 20 free hours weekly under the Ministry program, max 6hrs/day. The Children’s Garden provides an extra 10 hours free. You must complete the attestation section in your enrolment form.
Some families are entitled to a WINZ Subsidy. Collect paperwork from our Centre Manager. You must pay fees in full until subsidy confirmation is received.
For families with more than one child not eligible for free ECE hours, we offer a 20% discount for the additional sibling.
Centre policies and procedures are in the foyer of our Pamir Street Centre. We review annually and notify parents of changes.
